To quote the artist, This painting is about space travel and the space time continuum; the objective is to get off the planet. This major work was inspired by J.J. Hurtaks' book titled The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch, published by The Academy For Future Science.
The following quotes will illuminate the conceptual experiences in Mr. Hurtaks' book:
"The keys reveal the overlap between the higher evolution and the human evolution as man is taken through his Alpha and Omega. The keys are a teaching given on the seven levels to be read and visualized in preparation for the brotherhood of light to be delivered for the quickening of the People of Light."
"The return of the brotherhoods of light will occur when man can put together the redemptive vehicle of light necessary for transfiguration from this genetic domain to others of a greater star seed. Being part of an open-ended universe, we are part of an open-ended mind; being part of an open-ended mind, we are part of an open-ended universal image."
"Kadoish, Kadoish, Kadoish, Adonai Tsebeyoth," which translates from the ancient sacred Hebrew language, "Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of Hosts."
This painting could easily have been titled, "Window on the Universe." As we iook up at the uncharted star fields, we realize that the painting places us in the perspective of outer space; we are reminded of the existence of other worlds and of a greater universal intelligence.
The artist views architecture as the primary art form. The architectural elements in this work impart a feeling of the ancient-future space-time continuum.
The pictographs are from Col. James Churchward's books on ancient Mu.
Literally translated the pictographs portray man/woman's sojourn on the Earth plane as, "coming from the universe is the tree of life, into the Earth plane through the four cosmic forces, life is eternal, yesterday, today and always, going from the Earth plane, through the four cosmic forces into the universe."
The golden vessel represents the human soul; the flame symbolized by the orchid represents the spiritual fire that burns ever brightly within.
